CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

This Retainer Agreement (“Agreement”) is between:

Mansouri Canadian Immigration Services, Inc. (“MCIS” and/or “the RCIC”)

Whereas
The Client has requested that MCIS, a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), arrange a one-time, 30-minute consultation session by phone or other telecommunication method. The purpose of this consultation is to assess the Client’s situation and to provide professional advice with respect to Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
Services to Be Provided by MCIS
In consideration of the consultation fee paid, MCIS agrees to:

Arrange a mutually convenient time for the RCIC to speak with the Client and/or the Client’s Designate(s).

Verify the Client’s situation under applicable Canadian Immigration Law and Policy, and assist in identifying the most appropriate immigration category.

Provide immigration-related information and respond to the Client’s questions within the 30-minute consultation period.
Billing Method

The Client will be billed a flat fee of $250.00 CAD for one (1) consultation session of exactly 30 minutes.

This fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or whether the Client chooses to proceed with any future application.

The full consultation fee must be paid by the Client or the Client’s Designate at the time of booking.

Clients residing outside Canada are not subject to Canadian taxes for this Agreement.
Confidentiality
All personal information provided by the Client will remain confidential between MCIS, its employees, contractors, and agents.
No Commitment
Initial interviews, emails, phone calls, and consultations do not create a client–counsel relationship, nor do they appoint MCIS as the Client’s representative. Any information provided during the consultation is general guidance only and must not be used to prepare a self-represented application without a full retainer agreement.
If the Client proceeds independently after the consultation, MCIS bears no responsibility for the outcome of any application.
No Coercion or Undue Influence
By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges:

They have had the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice.

They enter this Agreement voluntarily and without undue influence.

They understand all terms and conditions prior to signing.
Agreement
The Client may seek another legal adviser or RCIC to review this Agreement before signing.
To proceed, the Client must submit the online consultation request form, provide ID, pay the consultation fee, and agree to all terms herein.
Validation
The Client acknowledges that they:

Have read and understood this Agreement,

Have sought translation or advice as needed,

Agree to be fully bound by all terms,

Request that the Agreement be written in English.
VOICE RECORDING AND AUDIO COMMUNICATION POLICY
Strict Prohibition on Recording
The Client and any Designate(s) are strictly prohibited from recording the consultation session in any form (audio, video, screen-recording, third-party recording, transcription tools, or any other method) without the prior express written consent of MCIS.
Any unauthorized recording is:

A material breach of this Agreement,
-
Inadmissible and unenforceable as evidence,
-
Grounds for immediate termination of services without refund,
-
Potentially subject to legal action including damages, breach of contract, defamation, and privacy violations.
Limited Acceptance of Voice Notes from Hadi or Hamed Mansouri
Only voice notes or audio messages directly sent by Hadi Mansouri or Hamed Mansouri to the Client are considered valid communications.
Any other recorded or transcribed message does not represent MCIS.
MCIS May Rely on Client’s Voice Notes
MCIS may rely on any voice notes, audio messages, or verbal confirmations recorded and sent directly by the Client to MCIS’s official phone numbers or emails.
However, MCIS will not be bound by any alleged verbal assurances unless provided in writing or in a direct voice note from Hadi or Hamed Mansouri.
No Claims Based on Verbal Communications
The Client waives all rights to:

Make claims based on alleged verbal statements

Rely on oral discussions not documented in writing

Introduce any undocumented verbal communication as evidence
MCIS operates under a strict written-communication policy.
Legal Consequences for Breach
A breach of the recording or verbal-communication clause may result in:

Immediate termination of services without refund
-
Legal action for damages
-
Additional claims relating to unauthorized use, sharing, or publication of voice communications
